Resource Mining Corporation Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in mineral exploration in Papua New Guinea. It is engaged in the development of the Wowo Gap Nickel Laterite Project in southeast Papua New Guinea. The Wowo Gap Nickel Laterite Project is located approximately 200 kilometers (km) east of the Papua New Guinea capital Port Moresby and approximately 30 km from the town of Wanigela situated on Collingwood Bay. The Project hosts nickel-cobalt mineralization within the laterite profile overlying an ultramafic plateau. The Company's subsidiary, Niugini Nickel Limited, is the owner of exploration license 1165, which covers an area of over 90 square kilometers (km2). The exploration license consists of over 28 sub blocks with an area of over 94.40 km2. In addition to EL1165, it also owns an adjacent tenement, EL1980. Its projects also include KNP project, which is located approximately 35km from the western shore of Lake Tanganyika.
