PVW Resources Limited, formerly Thred Limited, is an Australia- based exploration company. The Company is focused on the gold exploration in Western Australia (WA). Its projects include Leonora Gold Project, Tanami Gold Project and Kalgoorlie Gold Project. Leonora Gold Project is located approximately 625 kilometers (km) north of Perth and 60 km north-northwest of Leonora in the Mt Margaret Mineral Field of WA. The project consists of one granted mining lease; two granted exploration licenses: The Brilliant Well Tenement and Minotaur Tenement, and one exploration license application with a total area of 195 square kilometer. The Tanami Gold Project is located in the Kimberley region of WA, approximately 1,500 km northeast of Perth and around 220 km south-southeast of Halls Creek in the Tanami desert. The Kalgoorlie Gold Project is located approximately 15km north of Kalgoorlie in WA. The Company's subsidiaries include PVW Leonora Pty Ltd, PVW Kalgoorlie Pty Ltd and PVW Tanami Pty Ltd.
