Po Valley Energy Limited (ASX: PVE) is an Australia-based company that owns a portfolio of natural gas fields in northern Italy. The Company is focused on developing two of its fields, Podere Gallina (Selva) and Teodorico project. The Teodorico project is a 100% owned natural gas field located in the shallow waters of the Adriatic Sea (offshore from the Emilia Romagna region) and contains two connected gas discoveries, Carola and Irma, both drilled and tested by the former operator ENI. The Teodorico project is located approximately 12 miles offshore from Ravenna and is developed with two production wells in 30 meters water depth. The Podere Gallina project is an onshore natural gas field situated in the eastern part of the Po Plain, among the Ferrara and Bologna provinces, in the Emilia Romagna region.
