Petsec Energy Ltd is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company' segments include Australia, USA, Canada, and Middle East and North America (MENA). The Company, through its subsidiary companies Petsec Energy Inc. and Exploration and Production LLC, has operations in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico and onshore Texas and Louisiana, the United States. It also has operations onshore in the Republic of Yemen through its subsidiary Petsec Energy (Middle Eastern) Limited. It produces approximately 450 million cubic feet of gas and over 9,880 barrels of oil/condensate (equivalent to approximately 510 million cubic feet of gas equivalent (MMcfe)) from the Jeanerette and Mystic Bayou Fields, onshore Louisiana, the United States. It has completed approximately eight well exploration program focusing on conventional exploration opportunities onshore Gulf Coast Louisiana and in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
