It has rights to subscribe for or convert to listed securities. Its portfolio may comprises securities in up to 80% companies from time to time, in which no investment may represent over 10% of the issued securities of a company at the time of investment. The Company's subsidiary is Kapital Investments (WA) Pty Ltd. Katana Asset Management Limited is the manager of the Fund.
