Jameson Resources Limited is an exploration company focused on the development of its Canada-based coal projects. The Company operates through two segments: Coal exploration, which includes acquisition cost of exploration licenses and all expenses related to the tenements in Canada, and Corporate. The Company's projects include Crown Mountain Coking Coal Project (Crown Mountain) and Peace River Coal Field-Dunlevy Project (Dunlevy). Crown Mountain is located within the Elk Valley coal field in south eastern British Columbia. Crown Mountain contains approximately five coal mines producing over 22 million tons per annum of coking and thermal coal. Crown Mountain contains over two coking coal mines, including Line Creek, which is over 12 kilometers to the north, and Elkview, which is approximately eight kilometers to the southwest. Dunlevy is located in the northwest extension of the Peace River coal field district of northeast British Columbia.
