Horseshoe Metals Limited is a mineral exploration and resource development company. The Company is focused on the copper and gold package of tenements covering approximately 500 square kilometers (km2) in the Peak Hill Mineral Field, located north of Meekatharra in Western Australian and mineral interests in South Australia. The Company’s projects include Horseshoe Lights project, Kumarina project, and the Glenloth Gold project. Horseshoe Lights gold-copper mine and associated tenements are located approximately 800 kilometers (km) north-northeast of Perth and 140 km north of Meekatharra. It comprises of fifteen tenements that cover an area over 215 km2. Kumarina project is located approximately 250 km north of Meekatharra, and 95km north of Sandfire Resources NL’s DeGrussa copper-gold mine in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The Glenloth Gold project is located over 50 km east of the 0.5 Moz Tunkillia Gold deposit. It comprises of two tenements covering a total of 106 km2.
