Gateway Mining Limited is a mineral exploration company, engaged in the exploration for gold and base metals. The Company holds interests in approximately 140 square kilometers of tenements in the Gidgee area, located over 600 kilometers northeast of Perth. These tenements are located over a mineral deposit setting, Volcanic Arc Extensional Basin in the Gum Creek Greenstone Belt of the Archean Yilgarn Craton. Its Gidgee area includes Airport Area Gold, Bungarra Project, Gossans Galore, Gravel Pit, The Cup and JV Tenement and Victory Creek. Airport Gold Trend includes approximately four mining leases over the Montague Granodiorite and margins. Its Bungarra Project comprises the northern portion of Gateway's ground in Gidgee. The Cup area has copper/base metal deposit. Its Cup is host to volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) mineralization, which occurs close to the tenement boundary with tenement M57/633. Its Gossans Galore area has numerous mafic/bi-modal mafic VMS mineralized deposits.
