Eon NRG Limited, formerly Incremental Oil and Gas Limited, is an Australia-based oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) company. The Company is focused on identification, appraisal, exploitation and acquisition of natural gas and crude oil in the United States. The Company has operating oilfields located in the states of Wyoming, Colorado and California, the United States. Its projects include Silvertip Oil and Gas Field, which is located in the Bighorn Basin, Wyoming, and leases cover an area of approximately 5,500 acres; Florence Oilfield, which is located in the southern Denver Julesburg Basin; Sheep Springs Field, which is situated adjacent to the Cymric Oil Field in the San Joaquin Basin, west of Bakersfield and produces both oil and gas, and Round Mountain Oilfield, which is situated in the San Joaquin Basin north east of Bakersfield, and produces hydrocarbons from four formations: the Freeman-Jewett, Pyramid Hill, Vedder and Walker.
