Cue Energy Resources Limited is an Australia-based oil and gas production and exploration company. The Company has a diversified mix of gas and oil production assets in Australia, Indonesia, and New Zealand. In Australia, the Company has interests in three production assets (Mereenie, Palm Valley and Dingo fields) in the Amadeus Basin, onshore Northern Territory. The Mereenie field produces gas, which is transported through the Northern Gas pipeline to the Eastern Australia gas market. The Palm Valley field is about 100 kilometers (km) west of Alice Springs and produces gas, which is transported through the Amadeus and Northern Gas pipeline and sold into Northern Territory and Eastern Australia Gas Markets. The Dingo field produces gas, which is processed at the Brewer Estate processing facility. In New Zealand, it holds about 5% interest in Petroleum Mining Permit (PMP) 38160, which is in the Taranaki Basin. In Indonesia, it holds interests in Mahato PSC and Sampang PSC. The Company has a number of customers to whom it provides oil products, of which 58% of revenue is supplied to one customer and 36% to the other. The Group supplies gas to a number of external customers, one of which generates 63% of revenue and 13% to the other. The Company’s acquired interests are: 7.5% interest in the Mereenie gas and oil field, 15% interest in the Palm Valley gas field, 15% interest in the Dingo gas field.
