Cann Global Ltd, formerly Queensland Bauxite Ltd, is focused on medicinal cannabis and hemp industries. The Company operates through two divisions: Medical Cannabis and All Natural Foods. Through its subsidiary, Medical Cannabis Ltd (MCL) and its subsidiaries, it is engaged in growing and cultivating, processing and marketing of hemp and medical cannabis. Its products include medical cannabis dried flower, extract oil, tinctures and capsules. Under its All Natural Foods division, the Company operates through its subsidiary T12 Holdings Pty Ltd, which owns health food brands, such as EM Whole Foods, Australian Grown Naturals, Blanck & Co and Organic Markets Direct. All Natural Foods division offers hemp food and other plant based foods. The Company is also engaged in bauxite mining exploration and evaluation. Its projects include the South Johnstone Project located in Queensland and the New England Bauxite Project located in the New South Wales, Australia.
