County International Limited is engaged in the development of a North American bulk export solution that can be utilized for exporting coal and other bulk products (grain, fertilizer and other bulk products) sourced from emerging United States and Canadian producers and exporters. The Company focuses on being a coal miner with dedicated port capacity to service a need for bulk ship-loading capacity in the United States North West to load Asia-bound United States and Canadian produced bulk commodities. The Company focuses on developing a diversified loading facility to manage the inherent cyclic risk of coal. The Company's Powder River Basin (PRB) covers an area of approximately 190 kilometers (km) east to west and over 320 km north to south in northeast Wyoming and southeast Montana. PRB has over 12 operating mines. Its approximately two thermal coal projects, Shell Creek and Miller, are both located in the PRB of Wyoming in the United States.
