The Haikou Project is a shopping center constructed in a free trade zone in China. The project contains approximately 44,020 square meters property and consists of multi-story buildings, containing factories, warehouses, a commercial/administration building and a retail complex. The overall built up areas of these buildings is approximately 79,210 square meters and consists of a shopping center of over 17,940 square meters, Commercial and administrative space of approximately 5,570 square meters, warehouses of over 39,180 square meters and factory space of approximately 14,290 square meters. It is intended that the lettable area of the property will be tenanted by Diamond and Jewelry businesses, Jewelry manufacturing, loose diamond trading, Jewelry and loose diamond retailing, and bonded storage.
