The Company is focused on the development of gold and copper-gold projects in Cuba through its joint venture mining company, GeoMinera SA. Its projects include La Demajagua Gold/Silver Mine, La Demajagua Underground Mine, Los Llanos Project, Ciego de Avila Porphyry Copper-Gold Project, Golden Hills Project and Florencia & Maclama Project. The La Demajagua gold/silver deposit is located on the Isle of Youth, approximately 100 kilometers from mainland Cuba, and has a 900 hectares mining concession. Its Ciego de Avila Porphyry Copper-Gold Project is located adjacent to major highway and HT power in cleared farmland. It covers approximately 17,800 hectares and hosts three previously explored substantial copper-gold porphyry deposits, such as El Pilar, Gaspar, and San Nicholas. The New Horizons Concession in central Cuba covers over 31,700 hectares, which hosts four small mines: Antonio, San Fernando, Santa Rosa, and Los Cerros.
