The following three ASX growth stocks are solid buying opportunities at current valuations which are also supported by expanding markets and several industry tailwinds.

Explore the latest ASX market insights and research from Veye to stay informed about stock market trends, company announcements, and emerging investment opportunities.

Temple & Webster Group Limited (ASX: TPW) is Australia’s leading online furniture retailer and the country’s second largest specialist furniture and homewares retailer by customer spending.

The company has a market capitalisation of $593.22 million and achieved FY26 revenue of $665 million which rose 11%. EBITDA increased 17% to $21.9 million while year-end cash stood at $123 million after a $30 million share buyback and management has set an FY27 EBITDA target of $33 million to $40 million.

The company is focusing on the mass-mid market through higher-quality and exclusive product ranges. It also has an aim to reduce its reliance on entry-level products and apply a more disciplined approach to discounts.

Artificial intelligence is another key investment area for the business as it seeks to personalise product recommendations and improve pricing and marketing.

A major growth opportunity lies in the shift towards online furniture and homewares shopping because online penetration in Australia and New Zealand is below more mature markets such as the UK and US.

Temple & Webster expects to begin comparing its results with periods that had similar promotional activity from late February 2027.  It could create a path back to revenue growth as the company pursues its longer-term goal of sustainable growth and a solid position in Australia’s furniture market.

Life360, Inc. (ASX: 360) is a family safety platform that has features like location sharing, crash detection, emergency assistance and item tracking while it earns revenue from premium subscriptions along with devices and advertising.

The company in Q2 2026 reached approximately 102.4 million global monthly active users which grew 16% year-on-year and paying circles increased 27% to around 3.2 million.

Quarterly revenue rose 38% to US$159 million driven by a 31% increase in subscription revenue to US$115.6 million and a 315% jump in advertising revenue following the acquisition of Nativo.

Life360's annualized monthly revenue grew 29% to US$537.2 million while adjusted EBITDA rose 53% to US$31.1 million and operating cash flow improved to US$23.8 million.

Management has an expectation that in FY2026 revenue will reach US$650 million to US$685 million which represents annual growth of 33% to 40% alongside adjusted EBITDA of US$130 million to US$140 million.

Austal Limited (ASX: ASB) is a global shipbuilder and defence contractor that designs, builds and maintains naval and commercial vessels across several countries.

The company has a current market capitalisation of $1.94 billion and reported FY2026 revenue of $2.03 billion which rose 11% while its order book grew 27% to $16.5 billion.

A major growth driver is its Australian business because its role as the Australian Government’s strategic shipbuilder and progress on the Landing Craft Medium and Landing Craft Heavy programmes support future growth.

The company also aims to grow its ship maintenance and sustainment business which generates recurring revenue from vessels already in service, with a target of $500 million in segment revenue by FY2027.

A major development is the offer from Hanwha Defence USA to acquire Austal USA at an indicative enterprise value of US$1.05 billion to US$1.20 billion and the board has allowed the proposal to proceed to due diligence.
