Austco Healthcare Limited (ASX: AHC)

leads in integrated nurse call, RTLS and workflow solutions. It supports healthcare facilities across six offices and installations in 50 countries.

FY25 delivered record revenue of $81.4m (+40% YoY) and EBITDA of $13.0m (+62% YoY, 16.0% margin) which was fueled by organic expansion and accretive acquisitions including Teknocorp, Amentco and GS Technologies that added nurse call resellers, security and low voltage capabilities. 

Q1 FY26 accelerated with revenue of $23.2m (+51% YoY), EBITDA of $5.1m (23.2% margin) and $54.6m unfilled contracted revenue for earnings visibility. The company remains debt free at $14.5m cash. 

AHC is targeting 10-14% organic FY26 growth in a $389b to $1.9T digital health market (25.7% CAGR to 2031), driven by ageing demographics and IP-native platforms.

Alcidion Group Limited (ASX: ALC)

is transforming healthcare through its flagship Miya Precision platform which delivers patient flow management, centralized dashboards, interoperability and clinical decision support to over 400 hospitals and 87 organizations across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. 

New Total Contract Value (TCV)

sales in Q1 FY26 reached $8.2m (92% recurring) which is highlighted by a $6.8m expansion at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust partnering with Mizaic for MediViewer document management, pushing combined TCV there beyond $45m. 

Cash receipts stood at $8.4m which drove operating outflow to just $0.6m (vs $3.9m pcp). Recent wins include a $12.3m Leidos Australia contract expansion to June 2028 (adding $2.5m ARR, $5.5-6.5m FY26 revenue) and selection as preferred Electronic Patient Record (EPR) supplier for University Hospitals Sussex NHS (>A$35m TCV over 7+ years, deployment Q4 FY26). 

FY26 contracted/renewal revenue stands at $36.3m (Q1 record) with $16.4m cash and no debt. The company has reconfirmed positive EBITDA and operating cashflow guidance

Proteomics International Laboratories Ltd (ASX: PIQ)

is a leader in precision diagnostics with PromarkerD as a blood-based predictive test for diabetic kidney disease (DKD) risk. It can detect up to four years ahead in type 2 diabetes patients and target 32M US adults in $130B annual DKD costs. 

US CMS has finalized PromarkerD reimbursement at US$390.75 effective Jan 2026 following AMA PLA code 0579U approval which unlocks Medicare/Medicaid access (42% of US healthcare spending) and support private payer negotiations. 

The company has secured a US patent for PromarkerEso first in class EAC blood test using glycoprotein biomarkers, and it is valid till Feb 2036. This test will tackle 90% late stage detections that are linked to GERD (20% US prevalence). 

The company has reported breakthrough OxiDx data from 75 Australian Thoroughbreds across 216 races where horses those who were racing without oxidative stress were 49% more likely to win and 76% more likely to place top-three, capturing 88% of podiums. Partnering talks target the A$9B local/$400b global racing industry, with human athlete expansion next.

Prescient Therapeutics Limited (ASX: PTX)

on 15 December announced that the European Clinical Trials Information System has granted approval to commence its PTX-100 clinical trial in patients with relapsed or refractory Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma in Italy. 
This authorisation will enable the company to activate clinical trial sites and begin patient recruitment for the Phase 2a study across Europe.

During the September 2025 quarter, the company successfully completed a $9.8 million capital raise and Prescient closed the September 2025 quarter with cash reserves of $12.32 million.

The proceeds from the placement are being used to advance the global Phase 2 clinical trial of PTX-100 in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma which is an area with limited effective treatment options.
