These shares are showing growing business momentum, with stronger customer activity, fresh funding, new contracts and developments that could support future growth.
FleetPartners Group Limited (ASX: FPR)
On 14 September 2026, received three revised non-binding, indicative and conditional proposals to acquire all outstanding shares through a scheme of arrangement. SG Fleet offered $4.55 per share, while ORIX and the Sumitomo Consortium each proposed $4.65. Element chose not to submit a revised proposal. The Board has allowed SG Fleet, ORIX and the Sumitomo Consortium to enter another due diligence phase. No certainty exists that these proposals will become binding offers or lead to a transaction, and shareholders do not need to act now.

One unmet requirement was within about 1% of the target, while the other was assessed pass/fail. Internal testing found all specifications met. Actions were identified, with mass production sales still expected in H2 2027, subject to qualification.
