Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (ASX: EOS) has announced two new sales orders totalling about A$38m on 02 July 2026, led by a US$16m (A$23m) Naval R400 remote weapon system order and an Β£8m (A$15m) MARSS counter drone command centre contract.
The Naval R400 order is for supply to a long established, partly state owned Middle Eastern shipbuilder and will outfit new offshore patrol vessels with the RWS, cannon, training and related supplies. Deliveries are planned over the next seven years in line with the shipbuilding programme.
The MARSS contract is from an existing Middle Eastern customer to deliver a counter drone command and training centre built around MARSSβ AIβenabled NiDAR software. The centre will act as the central command point for several MARSS installations already operational in country.
EOS notes the wins demonstrate progress diversifying end markets and advancing MARSS integration.Β
The MARSS contract is expected to be substantially delivered during 2026-27 and requires formal novation to EOS under the acquisition agreement with novation expected to occur during 2026 subject to customer consents.
These awards broaden EOSβ Defence Systems backlog, adding multiβyear naval hardware revenues from remote weapon systems and nearer term recurring systems and services from MARSSβ counter UAS and C2 offerings. This will provide clearer medium term revenue visibility if deliveries and novation proceed as expected.
