The following high-yield dividend stocks is a perfect fit for investors who seek passive income backed by businesses with the potential to support reliable dividend payments over the long-term.

APA Group (ASX: APA)

On 20 August 2026 reported an impressive FY26 result as underlying EBITDA rose 8.3% to $2.18 billion. Free cash flow increased 3.2% to $1.12 billion while statutory NPAT jumped 81.4% to $234 million and EBITDA margin was 77.9%.

The company also improved its growth profile as newly commissioned assets and inflation linked tariff increases supported earnings alongside $80 million of cost savings. Its organic growth pipeline also grew to around $3.5 billion and includes projects such as the East Coast Gas Grid expansion as well as the Brigalow and Sturt Plateau Pipeline.

APA's FY27 outlook is positive as management issued guidance for underlying EBITDA of $2.26 billion to $2.34 billion which represents 5.4% growth at the midpoint. Distributions are expected to rise to 59 cents per security from 58 cents in FY26.

APA at the time of writing had a market capitalisation of $14.32 billion and an annual yield of 5.36% which was partially franked.

APA has increased distributions for 22 consecutive years which makes its dividend profile particularly appealing. The company's stated policy is for distributions to be fully covered by operating cash flows and remain sustainable over the long-term.

HomeCo Daily Needs REIT (ASX: HDN)

Reported a solid FY26 result as property NOI rose from $288.3 million to $298.7 million while FFO increased 2.5% to $187.1 million and FFO per unit rose 2.3% to 9.0 cents.

The REIT's $5.2 billion portfolio is defensive because occupancy stood at 99% and rent collection was above 99% while WALE was 4.9 years and portfolio value also rose 6% during FY26.

HDN also had a strong balance sheet as NTA per unit rose 6.1% to $1.56 while gearing was within the target range at 35.7% and liquidity increased to $288 million. The stock price at the time of writing was $1.108.

HDN for FY27 expects FFO per unit to reach 8.8 cents and distributions to remain at 8.6 cents while comparable property NOI is forecast to grow 4%.

HDN also has an attractive growth opportunity through its more than $650 million development pipeline and an annual unfranked yield of 7.77%.

Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX: CLW)

Reported a solid FY26 result as like-for-like net property income rose 3.0% to $286.7 million and operating earnings increased 1.8% to $181.9 million while operating EPS and distributions both rose 2%.

The REIT has a highly defensive portfolio worth $6.1 billion across 505 properties with 99.9% occupancy and 99% blue-chip tenant exposure while 51% of WALE is 2 years.

Annual net property income is growing at 3.1% and CLW also improved its balance sheet as NTA rose 2.6% to $4.71 per security while it recorded a $188 million net valuation uplift.

Debt margins fell by 20 basis points to 1.2% and gearing was relatively conservative at 27.5% while FY27 operating earnings and distributions are both guided at 25.5 cents per security.

The current market capitalisation is $2.55 billion and current annual unfranked yield is 7.22% which is why CLW stands out among high-yield ASX dividend stocks.
