HomeCo Daily Needs REIT is an Australia-based real estate investment trust. The trust invests in convenience-based assets across the target sub-sectors of neighborhood retail, large format retail and health and services. The trust is focused on providing unitholders with consistent and growing distributions. The trust has a total asset of approximately $4.7 billion spanning approximately 2.5 million square meters of land in Australia’s metropolitan growth corridors of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. The trusts also a strategic investor in the last mile logistics (LML) unlisted fund, a complementary mandate which targets core plus transition assets with upside via repositioning into essential last mile real estate infrastructure. The trust’s portfolio consists of about 53 properties. Its property manager is HMC Property Management Pty Limited. Its investment manager is HMC Investment Management Pty Ltd.
