Three companies offering attractive dividend yields, each backed by a distinct investment story and potential for shareholder returns.

Harvey Norman Holdings Limited (ASX: HVN)

On 28 August 2026, announced its full year results for FY26, highlighting stable performance as the system sales revenue increased by 3.1% to $9.6 billion in FY26 compared to $9.3 billion in FY25.

EBITDA for the year also increased to $1.8 billion from $1.1 billion, an increment of 5% on pcp. PBT increased by 10.9% to $654 million, reflecting greater financial strength.

The company has a market capitalisation of around $5.25 billion with an attractive dividend yield of 6.51%, supported by a payout announcement of fully franked final dividend of 13 cents. This marks an increase in full year dividend payout of 3.8% to 27.5 cps in FY26.

Looking ahead, the company is focusing on opening several stores at various locations across the world to grow its presence. The company’s stable performance along with regular dividends and ongoing expansion makes it an attractive choice for risk averse investors.

Universal Store Holdings Limited (ASX: UNI)

On 20 August 2026, published its June ending FY26 results, reporting strong performance as group sales revenue went up by 12.9% from $333.3 million to $376.1 million in FY26.

Underlying EBITDA for the year also increased by 14.5% to $106.8 million, showcasing strong and effective operations. This carried down the table to an increase in underlying NPAT to $4.5 million in 2026 from $34.8 million, reflecting a significant increment of 16.3% compared to previous year.

The company has a market capitalisation of around $581.54 million with a stable dividend yield of 5.67%. The company has announced a fully franked final dividend of 17cps, totalling the full-year payout to 43cps which reflects an increment of 11.7% on pcp.

Rural Funds Group (ASX: RFF)

As on 21 August 2026, published its June quarter FY26 results, demonstrating strong performance as net property income for the year increased by 5.7% to $100.5 million.

Earnings for the year stood at $124.1 million or 31.8cps from just 5.22cps in the previous year, primarily due to the contracted sale of assets above books values and market-to0market of interest rate swaps.

AFFO and DPU values of 11.7 and 11.73cpu for the year remained in line with the forecasts and the company guided the same for FY27 also. Adjusted NAV increased by 4.5% to $3.22 per share mainly due to property revaluations and mark-to-market interest rate swaps. WALE also increased from 13.2 by December 2025 to 14.8 by June 2026, due to sale of assets with near term expiries and macadamia development capex.

The company has a market capitalisation of approximately $761.9 million with a distribution yield of 6%, making it a potential investment opportunity for long-term investors seeking regular income.
