2 High-Potential ASX Healthcare Stocks to Watch in 2026
Two huge potential ASX stocks led by continuous R&D development and strong core business activities.
Aroa Biosurgery Limited (ASX: ARX)
One of the high potential healthcare ASX stocks with a current market capitalisation of $185.05M.
ARX had announced on 4 September 2026 the peer reviewed publication of interim results from its ongoing MASTRR Registry, reporting a low infection rate and no adverse events definitely related to the product. The interim analysis represents the largest published prospective analysis of inpatient soft tissue reconstruction using a bioscaffold, comprising 411 patients and 474 soft tissue defects across 10 US centers.
The MASTRR Registry is an ongoing prospective, multicentre observational study evaluating the real world safety and performance of Myriad Matrix™ across a range of complex soft tissue reconstruction procedures. Currently more than 550 patients have enrolled with approval, up to 800 patients across 15 US sites.
The study reported a low infection rate despite the presence of a highly challenging patient population. Only 0.7% of the total patients experienced deep tissue infections, while 2.9% had superficial infections, and none of the infections were attributed to Myriad. A median application of one with no adverse event is over a median follow up of 27 weeks.
Echo IQ Limited (ASX: EIQ)
One of the high potential tech healthcare ASX stocks with a current market capitalisation of $422.21M.
Echo IQ had announced on 8 September 2026 that their initial EchoSolv HF 510 (k) application has not received clearance for commercial use from the FDA this time, as they have issued a Not Substantially Equivalent (NSE) determination for the application.
Upon receipt of the FDA determination, management, together with its US regulatory and legal advisors, study partners and independent statistical experts, started a detailed review of the regulatory matters raised.
Echo IQ remains confident in the clinical rationale underpinning EchoSolv HF and the significant unmet clinical need in the identification of patients with heart failure. EIQ intends to continue to progress the EchoSolv HF regulatory program, while maintaining its broader US commercial strategy.
The recent determination does not impact its FDA cleared EchoSolv AS platform or its ongoing commercialisation in the US. Echo IQ will continue to advance its US commercial infrastructure, reimbursement pathway, customer pipeline and strategic relationships, providing a platform to support the future commercialisation of EchoSolv HF, subject to obtaining required regulatory clearance.
EIQ in parallel continues to invest in its broader R&D pipeline, including the development of solutions targeting additional disease states and new clinical modalities. EIQ pipeline remains best in class and represents a significant opportunity to extend the EchoSolv platform across cardiovascular care and into new areas of clinical need.
Conclusion
These two ASX stocks have huge potential supported by the fundamental strength in the core business, extensive R&D development and strong pipeline. ARX's recent development will provide support for surgeon adoption across a broad range of complex soft tissue reconstruction procedures, building on the strong commercial momentum in FY26, with Myriad sales growing by 54%. EIQ has an extensive quality product with a growing hospital network supporting the long term exponential growth.
