It is an independent petroleum refiner and supplier of unbranded transportation fuels, heating oil, petrochemical feedstocks, lubricants, and other petroleum products in the United States. It operates in two segments: Refining and Logistics. The Refining segment owns and operates approximately six refineries. It produces a variety of products at each of its refineries, including gasoline, ultra-low-sulfur diesel (ULSD), heating oil, jet fuel, lubricants, petrochemicals, and asphalt. It sells its products throughout the Northeast, Midwest, Gulf Coast and West Coast of the United States, as well as in other regions of the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and is able to ship products to other international destinations. The Logistics segment owns or leases, operates, develops and acquires crude oil and refined products, terminals, pipelines, storage facilities and similar logistics assets.
