Pengana International Equities Limited (ASX: PIA)
Pengana International Equities Limited (ASX: PIA), on 22 June 2026, released its report on the Monthly Performance for May 31, 2026. The report states that its investment strategy aims to achieve capital appreciation as well as consistent and fully franked dividend income through investments in high-quality companies in the international market with good management and sustainability potential.Β
PIA returned 3.8% in May, compared with a 4.5% gain in the MSCI World Total Return Index. Global markets were supported by continued demand for AI-related technology stocks. ASML and Samsung Electronics contributed positively, while the absence of Micron and SK Hynix reduced returns. A new investment was made in Kubota.
PIA declared a one off fully franked special dividend of 12.5 cents per share on 26 June 2026. The dividend is ex on 31 July 2026, record date of 3 August 2026 and payable date of 19 August 2026. This special dividend will be paid equally to all shareholders on the records.
Mirrabooka Investments Ltd (ASX: MIR)
Mirrabooka Investments Ltd (ASX: MIR), on 16 July 2026, released its annual results ending 30 June 2026. The companyβs net income rose to $13.0 million from $7.9M in the previous year. The income from its operations increased to $15.5 million. EPS reached 5.8 cents from 4 cents.
Dividends of 6.5 cents per share and 3 cents per share were announced for fully franked final and special dividends respectively. These two dividends will be paid on 21 August 2026 to all holders of the companyβs shares who have their names registered in the company on 31 July 2026. The total dividends for the year amount to 14.0 cents per share against 11.0 cents last year.
MIR noted that the market situation remains unclear due to various economic and geopolitical situations around the world. Despite all these challenges, it feels that it can generate consistent growth through its portfolio of business and investments.
Cadence Capital Ltd (ASX: CDM)
Cadence Capital Ltd (ASX: CDM), on 15 July 2026, announced a fully franked final dividend of 3.0 cents per share. This takes the total fully franked dividend for the 2026 financial year to 6.0 cents per share. The shares will trade ex dividend on 29 September 2026 and the dividend will be paid on 15 October 2026. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan will be available for this payment.
On the same day, the company also announced a fully franked special dividend of 1.0 cent per share. This was after an overall return of 20.1% for the financial year 2026 and a share price appreciation of 30.6%. The special dividend will go ex-dividend on 15th December 2026 and will be paid out on 23rd December 2026.
As per the investment report released on 30 June 2026, the firm outperformed the All Ordinaries Accumulation Index in the year. The firm reduced most of its gold and resources investment, increased cash investment, and made fresh investments in the firms such as CSL, Cochlear, Pro Medicus, Life360 and A2 Milk.
