NVIDIA is powering the biggest technology shift of our generation as AI demand explodes and data centres race to upgrade their infrastructure.

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA)

delivered another outstanding quarter as demand for AI accelerators and data-centre systems continues to rise at an unprecedented pace.

Revenue climbed to US$57 billion which is a sharp increase from US$35.1 billion in the same quarter last year, driven mainly by strong orders from cloud providers, hyperscalers and large enterprises building AI infrastructure.

The Compute and Networking segment generated US$50.9 billion in quarterly revenue and remains NVIDIA’s core growth engine.

Net income for the quarter reached US$31.9 billion which highlights the company’s strong margins and clear pricing power across the AI compute market while the operating income was US$36 billion.

The Graphics division also performed well with US$6.1 billion in revenue and strategic commitments to invest in companies like Intel, OpenAI and Anthropic further strengthens NVIDIA’s long-term presence across the AI value chain.

The company continued returning capital to shareholders in the form of buybacks as it repurchased shares worth US$36.7 billion in the first nine months and the board has approved another US$60 billion for future buybacks which helps support earnings per share and reflects management’s confidence in the company’s long-term outlook.

NVIDIA is expanding its cloud-based AI offerings through DGX Cloud which lets companies train large AI models without building their own infrastructure and the market for this type of service is expected to grow rapidly as more industries use generative AI for design, automation, engineering and research.

The exceptionally strong cash reserves, rising global demand and steady investment across the entire AI ecosystem will help the company to deliver sustained growth through 2026 and beyond.
