Temple & Webster’s first half FY26 result is just two weeks away and investors will be watching closely to see whether the strong growth momentum from FY25 has carried into the new financial year.

Temple & Webster Group Limited (ASX: TPW)

Temple & Webster Group Limited (ASX: TPW) did very well in FY25 as revenue increased 21% year-on-year to $601 million which was supported by high repeat purchases.

EBITDA rose 43% to $18.8 million and the company ended the year with a strong cash balance of $144 million and no debt which provides flexibility to fund future growth initiatives.

A key recent development was continued investment in private label and exclusive products which now contribute 45% of total revenue and strengthens the company’s competitive position.

Temple & Webster also expanded the use of AI and data driven tools across marketing, logistics and customer service which helped improve conversion rates and reduce support costs.

AI has helped customer support the most as costs as a percentage of revenue have declined by more than 60% since FY23.

During FY25, the home improvement category stood out as revenue grew 43% year-on-year and opened access to a larger addressable market beyond furniture and homewares.

The company also took its first step into international expansion with a launch in New Zealand where early trading performance exceeded internal expectations.

Trading updates into early FY26 showed revenue growth of 18% year-on-year which was supported by higher average order values and record active customer numbers.

Temple & Webster currently has a market capitalisation of $1.64 billion which reflects investor confidence in its long-term growth runway and capital light scalable business model.

Management reaffirmed its medium-term target of $1 billion in annual revenue and EBITDA margin in the range of 3% to 5%.

The first half 2026 results briefing for investors and analysts is scheduled for 12 February 2026 which is expected to provide further insight into trading momentum and progress.
