These are the top three Austrailian SharesΒ which are trading below $1, led by high growth potential, a solid balance sheet and strong business fundamentals.

1. Amaero Inc. (ASX: 3DA)

Amaero Inc. (ASX: 3DA) is one of the top industrial ASX stocks with a huge upside potential, currently trading at $0.26 with a market capitalisation of $257.9M.

Amerco had announced on 19 August 2026 its audited financial report for the period ended at June 2026.

The revenue from ordinary activities has shown a massive growth of 375.9% to $18.1M, meeting the earlier stated management guidance. This includes:

  • $15.6M from the powder segment

  • $2.69M from PM-HIP

3DA has reported a net tangible asset per CDI of $0.07.

Backlog and Contracts

It has a backlog of $23.1M, including $8.5M of additional contracts since 30 June. Out of the total, $12.9M relates to work currently scheduled to be completed by 31 December 2026.

They have also received a $6.5M contract from the US Department of War for the development of alternative refractory alloy powders and a 13-month development program expected to be completed in August 2027.

2. Austco Healthcare Limited (ASX: AHC)

Austco Healthcare Limited (ASX: AHC) is one of the top healthcare ASX stocks with huge upside potential, currently trading below A$1. It has a current market capitalisation of $93.68M.

AHC had received on 17 September 2026 its annual report to shareholders for the period ended at June 2026.

Austco has reported a revenue of $94.6M, a 16% increase compared to last year. Gross margin improved to 53.4% from 52% in FY25.

EBITDA grew 14% to $14.9M, with an EBITDA margin of 15.8%. Statutory net profit after tax grew by 52% to $9M.

Financial Position

Cash generated from operating activities increased to $12.5M, and there was a capex & development expense of ~$2.8B.

The closing cash balance jumped to ~$16.3M with no material borrowings and a net asset balance of $62.1M.

Contract Wins and Acquisition

Austco has delivered strong operational performance with multiple contract wins, as they have converted their existing Jurong relationship into a $4.2M ten year recurring revenue with approximately $420k annually till 2036.

They also received a $1.85M phase one purchase orders received and $1.1M nurse call contract from the Warrnambool base hospital.

The recent acquisition of Medical Communications Systems Pty Ltd has added a net incremental revenue of $1.88M and $0.82M as incremental EBITDA on a full year basis.

3. BrainChip Holdings Limited (ASX: BRN)

BrainChip Holdings Limited (ASX: BRN) is one of the top technology based ASX stocks which is currently trading below $1 with a current market capitalisation of $307.3M.

BrainChip had announced on 26 September 2026 its Q2 2026 investor presentation for the period ended at June 2026.

It highlights the commercialisation of its Akida Edge AI technology, with AKD 1500 chips creating a new revenue stream.

BRN had also announced on 26 August 2026 its half yearly financial report for the period ended at June 2026.

Revenue from continuing operations increased by 19% YoY to US$1.2M and reported a loss for the period attributable to members of US$12M.

The net tangible assets per share increased to 0.85 US cents per share.

BRN has reported the cash and cash equivalents of US$20.3M compared to US$13.5M in FY25.
