European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX: EMH)Β 

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX: EMH) has announced on 29 April 2026 that the comprehensive environmental impact assessment of the Cinovec Lithium Project has been handed over to the Czech Ministry of the Environment on 31 December 2025, completing a key regulatory requirement.

Geomet s.r.o. has obtained regional rezoning approval for the delineation of mining areas, processing areas, utilities areas, and tailing facilities on 10 February 2026.

On 7 May 2026, the Company announced further progress with the EIA published by the Czech Ministry of Environment, a public hearing scheduled and the cross border EIA process for the mining area commencing.

BluGlass Limited (ASX: BLG)Β 

secured a A$1.3 million collaboration with a Fortune 500 data storage company, a A$560K order under a new defence program, a A$1.05 million contract extension and its first A$190K order from TOPTICA Photonics in its March 2026 quarter update. BLG also raised about A$8 million in April.

On 19 May 2026, BluGlass set a world record in terms of maximum power output for a single mode 450 nm blue GaN laser at 1.9 W and improved on its former record of 1.25 W.

BLG received about A$6.6 million from option exercises and a shortfall agreement, providing additional funds for manufacturing, workforce growth and technology development on 5 June 2026.

OncoSil Medical Limited (ASX: OSL)

on 12 June 2026, declared a peer reviewed study published in Pathology International showing that OncoSil microparticles remained localised within pancreatic cancer tissue. The analysis covered patients treated with OncoSil and chemotherapy before surgery with median overall survival of 24 months.

In June 2026, the FDA confirmed that all outstanding questions on OncoSil’s Humanitarian Device Exemption application for distal cholangiocarcinoma had been addressed. The application has moved to the final review stage, with only final labelling and any post-market updates remaining.
The TRIPP-FFX study met both co-primary endpoints, reporting an 82.2% local disease control rate at 16 weeks and median overall survival of 18.3 months.

Alfabs Australia Limited (ASX: AAL)

on 23 February 2026, declared it was carrying out detailed checks on a possible acquisition. Talks with the seller are continuing, but the final terms have not been agreed and there is no guarantee the deal will go ahead.

The Company confirmed its main business remains in good shape and is working towards improving free cash flow by two to three times. It plans to create shareholder value by putting more money back into the business.

Future growth plans include adding more equipment, expanding into Queensland coal regions, growing engineering services, making smaller acquisitions, and looking at larger business opportunities.

dusk Group Limited (ASX: DSK)

on 13 February 2026, shared its half year results for the 26 weeks to 28 December 2025. Sales were $91.8m, improved 5.1% with online growth of 16.5%. Gross profit increased to $59.9m, EBIT was $14.3m and NPAT reached $10.0m. DSK held $35.8m cash and no debt with 153 stores and a 4.0 cent dividend.

The company updated that product changes included a new Australian Made range and a refreshed Signature range. Store adjustments included planned closures and a small number of openings. Gross margin was expected to stay in line with the prior year.

It also confirmed momentum was improving with better product mix, store format changes, and marketing, while international expansion remains a future option after domestic progress.
