Aroa Biosurgery Ltd (ASX: ARX)
Aroa Biosurgery Ltd (ASX: ARX), on 26 May 2026, reported FY26 revenue of NZ$103.9 million, improved 23% from FY25. Myriad revenue rose 54% to NZ$49.5 million, while OviTex and OviTex PRS revenue increased 8% to NZ$42.8 million. Product gross margin was 85.5%.
Normalized EBITDA amounted to NZ$12.6 million, beating the guidance. The positive net cash flow in the amount of NZ$5.1 million was achieved and the company closed the fiscal year with NZ$27.1 million of cash.
On 26 May 2026, Aroa forecast FY27 revenue of NZ$115-125 million. Direct sales are expected to grow 24-40%, while TELA Bio sales are expected to stay flat. Normalised EBITDA is projected at NZ$8-11 million after planned investment in sales, infrastructure, Myriad, and Symphony.
Newmont Corporation (ASX: NEM)
Newmont Corporation (ASX: NEM) will release its second quarter 2026 results on 24 July 2026. The companyβs shares may face pressure as gold prices declined, with higher interest rate expectations affecting the market.
During the 1Q of 2026, Newmont generated 1.3 million ounces of gold, 9 million ounces of silver and 30 thousand tonnes of copper. The all in sustaining cost of production for gold was US$1,029 per ounce.
It had a net income of US$3.3 billion and recorded a record free cash flow of US$3.1 billion. It repurchased US$2.7 billion in stock through dividends and share buybacks and ended up with US$8.8b in cash.
Northern Star Resources Limited (ASX: NST)
Northern Star Resources Limited (ASX: NST), on 2 July 2026, announced a strong June quarter performance. Gold sold during the quarter reached 433koz, taking FY26 gold sold to 1,543koz, in line with revised guidance.
Kalgoorlie sold 844koz, including 468koz from KCGM, while Yandal and Pogo delivered 434koz and 265koz.
At 30 June 2026, cash and bullion stood at A$1,255 million with no corporate bank debt. The KCGM Mill Expansion remained on schedule, with Stage I commissioning planned for early FY27 and Stage II completion expected by end of 2026. The company will release June quarterly results on 29 July 2026.
Santos Limited (ASX: STO)
Santos Limited (ASX: STO) revealed in a press release dated 29 June 2026 that it had entered into an agreement with the South Australian Government for the sale of 200 PJ of gas domestically for a period of ten years starting 2030. The deal includes 20 PJ per year from Moomba and will support the Cooper Basin Central Fields and Moomba Central Optimisation project.
Santos Ltd announced on 23 June 2026 that Pikka Phase 1 oil project in Alaska started continuous production. The Initial wells are producing around 20,000 bbl/day with production expected to reach about 80,000 bbl/day in Q3 2026.
Woodside Energy Group Ltd (ASX: WDS)
Woodside Energy Group Ltd (ASX: WDS) announced on 12 June 2026 that it exercised its pre-emption right to acquire CNPCβs 10.67% interest in the Browse Joint Venture. The deal includes US$225 million payment and a possible US$175 million contingent payment after a final investment decision.
Woodside Energy Group Ltd reported first quarter 2026 results, with production of 45.2 MMboe and strong reliability across key assets. Scarborough was 96% complete, Trion reached 56% completion, and Louisiana LNG remained on schedule. The company also restored Western Australian operations after severe weather events.
