Premier Investments Limited (ASX: PMV)

Premier Investments Limited (ASX: PMV), on 20 March 2026, announced its 1H26 results for the 26 weeks ended on 24 January 2026. Profit Before Tax came to $141.9 million. Statutory Net Profit After Tax stood at $101.7M. Premier Retail including Peter Alexander and Smiggle, recorded EBIT of $119.3 million. The company also received equity accounted income from its investment in Breville Group Limited. It confirmed its two-brand business structure with separate leadership for each retail brand.

Peter Alexander maintained strong performance in the first half and will aim to increase their customer base and expand locally and internationally. Smiggle conducted a review aimed at improving their products, reducing the complexity of the range and boosting the brand for future growth in FY27.

PMV declared a fully franked interim dividend of 45 cents per share. The ex-date is 03 Aug 2026 and payment will be made on 20 Aug 2026. The $100 million on-market share buyback announced in December 2025 will also continue.

WAM Active Ltd (ASX: WAA)

WAM Active Ltd (ASX: WAA), on 9 July 2026, released its June 2026 investment update and reported that its investment portfolio increased during the month. Solstice Minerals and Southern Cross Electrical Engineering were the main contributors.

Solstice Minerals announced drilling results from its Nanadie Project in Western Australia, showing the mineralised system extends beyond 600 metres. The project has a mineral resource estimate of 40.4 million tonnes.

Southern Cross Electrical Engineering lifted its FY2026 underlying EBITDA guidance to at least $75 million and introduced FY2027 guidance of at least $100 million. These projects include work related to data centre construction.

Ex-date for the next full franked final dividend of 3.2 cents per share is 17 November 2026, while the payment date will fall on 30 November 2026.

Pengana International Equities Ltd (ASX: PIA)

Pengana International Equities Ltd (ASX: PIA) released its monthly performance report on 22 June 2026. The company invests in global businesses with strong growth potential using an ethical investment approach. In May, the portfolio returned 3.8% and the MSCI World Total Return Index gained 4.5%.

ASML and Samsung Electronics contributed positively during the month and the company added a new investment in Kubota. Global share markets moved higher as AI related technology stocks remained strong and easing tensions in the Middle East improved investor confidence. The IT sector showed strength, whereas the Energy sector deteriorated due to falling oil prices.

PIA declared a one off fully franked special dividend of 12.5 cents per share on 26 June 2026. The special dividend is ex on 31 July 2026, record date of 3 August 2026 and payable date of 19 August 2026. This special dividend will be paid equally to all shareholders on the records.
