The Company’s products offering include Fresh Deli, Fresh Packaged, Smoked Salmon, Cooked Salmon (Hot Smoked) and Canned Salmon. It produces a range of fresh portions and whole salmon. Its Tasmanian Atlantic salmon is sliced, and pin boned by machine and checked by hand. Its whole salmon and salmon fillets are available at local fresh fish shop and fresh seafood counters in Supermarkets. Its diverse range of fresh packaged products include new bigger portion packs with 300 grams (g) skin on and off and marinated mustard and dill. Its Smoked Salmon range includes Tassal Tassie Smoked Atlantic Salmon with Cracked Pepper 90g, Tassal Tassie Smoked Atlantic Salmon 100g, Tassal Tassie Smoked Atlantic Salmon with Lemon 90g and other. The Company operates through two segments: domestic and export.
