The Company is focused on the exploration of high-grade copper, gold, silver, and zinc within its Perrinvale Project area in the Panhandle Greenstone Belt of Western Australia. Its Western Australia Projects consist of the Perrinvale and Sandiman Projects. Perrinvale Project covers 381 square kilometers (km2) area, with nine exploration licenses, located 260 kilometers (km) northwest of Kalgoorlie in the Yilgarn Craton of Western Australia. Sandiman Project is located in the Upper Gascoyne Shire on the eastern edge of the Southern Carnarvon Basin. The Sandiman Tenement consists of a single exploration license covering an area of 202 km2. Botswana Projects consists of Kitlanya East & West Copper Projects and Okavango & Ngami Copper Projects. Kitlanya East Project includes tenements near Cupric Canyon's Banana Zone.
