About Athena Resources Ltd

Athena Resources Limited is a mineral exploration company in Australia. The Company owns approximately 100% interest in the Byro Project, which is located in the Midwest Iron province. The Byro Project covers approximately 900 square kilometers and consists of over five exploration licenses. Its Byro Project is located along the north-western margin of the Yilgarn Craton, within an Archaean Gneiss Belt, which trends north-northeast for approximately 200 kilometers. The Company has completed drilling at Mt Narryer, Whistlejack and Whitmarsh Find deposits. It has completed approximately 10 drill holes for a total of over 1,620 meters. It has drilled approximately eight holes at Mt Narryer, over four holes at Whistlejack and approximately two holes at Whitmarsh Find. The Company's interest in mining tenements in exploration license (E) includes E09/1507, E09/1552, E09/1637, E09/1781 and E09/1938, and in mining lease application (MLA) is MLA09/166.
